Mariah Falin is a placenta encapsulator, birth and postpartum doula. She is remarkable and I am honored to have her as one of my primary back-up supports, when needed. 

Kristin Travis goes above and beyond for her birth doula clients and I am honored to have relied on her as a backup.

April Bolding is a fantastic, professional pelvic floor physical therapist, childbirth educator and doula with many other exceptional skills in the Seattle area. Tiffany is beyond honored to call April her mentor and recommend her above all else.


Amy Gordon, a thorough and compassionate pelvic floor physical therapist based out of EvergreenHealth in Kirkland. 

Perinatal Bonding Specialist

Barb Decker is a doula, educator and the areas top specialist in perinatal bonding. Learn how to connect and bondwith your baby before they are born!


Breastfeeding Support

Catherine Fenner, IBCLC offers in-home lactation consultant visits and classes. She meets you where you are with a compassionate and thorough outlook.  

Joy MacTavish, IBCLC practices in South Snohomish and North King county. She also holds quarterly classes to learn, transition and adjust to breastfeeding and working. 

Body Work Professionals

Anita Shelton supports families with acupuncture out of her home office and visits clients in labor on a case-by-case basis.

Jasmine Bay practices acupuncture out of two locations and is the maker of the sitz bathes each of my clients receive postpartum. Jasmine also does on-call acupuncture support at births, when able.

Dr. Shea supports clients and their infants at Tree of Life Chiropractic in Seattle. 

Emma Christensen provides prenatal and postnatal massage, reflexology and infant cranial sacral therapy within her studio or at your home. She is also a postpartum doula.

Evidence on both sides of many procedures is key to making an informed decision. Evidenced Based Birth is informative on a range of topics from Group B Strep Antibiotics to Induction for a big baby. 

Dogs to Diapers is a great resource with an experienced dog trainer specializing in normalizing and supporting the transition for your pooch.

Great Starts for Parent Trust is a fantastic resource for Seattle, and beyond, list of childbirth classes. Classes are specifically designed for your individual needs, whether a home birth, unmedicated, medicated or hospital birth.


Sharon Muza at the MEC in Ballard teaches a variety of engaging classes to expectant families. Her VBAC Your Way class is the best in the region! 

Kristin Kali, LM CPM, is a community member who serves and supports all family dynamics. Kristin has the only LGBTQ+ support groups and conception support in Seattle. 

Father Resources

A comprehensive class by Great Starts, designed just for fathers-to-be, to build their confidence and bond with their new baby in various ways. 

Expectant Father is a helpful book in ways your partner can support you, learn about baby and bonding. 


Postpartum Support

Perinatal Support of Washington facilitates groups, providers, community and other resources for those struggling with the adjustment after baby. 

Infant Sleep Coaching with Macall Gordon gently supports parents navigate sleep with a new baby using a gentle, nurturing approach.
